All sense of time will disappear within a few days of you being aboard the yacht. The only way you will have any idea of the time, will be when the next serving of delicious home cooked Turkish delicacies arrives.

The yacht’s chef will serve you with a wide variety of healthy Turkish dishes on a  full-board basis, consisting of breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as afternoon tea. He is able to cater for vegetarians and those with food allergies on request.

Breakfast is a traditional Turkish breakfast consisting of fresh bread, butter, jam, honey, feta cheese, ‘yellow’ cheese, egg, tomato and cucumber.

Lunch and Dinner will be a mixture of meat, fish and vegetable dishes, usually accompanied by pasta, rice, bulgar wheat, or chips and lots of fresh vegetables, such as aubergines, beef tomatoes and cucumber. Several dishes will also appear coated in fresh yoghurt, with spices and garlic.

Afternoon tea is served at around 4pm in the afternoon. It consists of tea, coffee and biscuits.

Complimentary soft drinks
Water and soft drinks (plus tea and coffee at breakfast and afternoon tea only) are included in the price of your holiday. Alcoholic drinks can be purchased from the bar on board and the captain will always make you aware of prices at the beginning of your holiday.

Please note that you are not allowed to consume your own drinks on board, including duty free purchases.
