A typical day
A typical day aboard the yacht could include:
Waking up amongst nature; to the unforgettable sound of waking crickets
Sailing alongside the beautiful unspoilt natural, often rugged, coastline
Swimming, snorkelling or kayaking in your own secluded crystal clear coves
Swinging in the hammock with a good book
Trying your hand at fishing
Visiting a traditional Turkish village
Visiting places of historical interest and exploring ancient remains
And, eating some of the most delicious home-made traditional Turkish dishes (including the compulsory BBQ cooked delights).
End the day watching the breathtaking and often mystical scene of the sun going down with a chilled glass of wine or local beer, trying more tasty local delicacies, and then choose whether or not to sleep under the stars.
Above all, a typical day is one spent relaxing, having fun, and enjoying precious time with family and friends.
You can choose where you would like to sail from and to, and which route you would like to take. The captain will then navigate you along your chosen route, stopping off at some of the most picturesque coves and bays along the way – knowledge gained from years of sailing, to enable you to experience the very best of the local area.
Whilst the captain will try and be flexible and accommodate any requests that you might have, the final itinerary on each day will be decided according to the weather and other prevailing conditions.
Some examples of routes for you to choose include:
Marmaris – Datca – Bozburun - Marmaris
Marmaris – Fethiyre – Marmaris
Marmaris – Kalkan/Kas - Marmaris (14 night sailings only)
Marmaris – Greek islands - Marmaris (usually the islands of Rhodes and Symi)
Bodrum - Bodrum
We can also arrange for you to be taken on day trips close to our mooring points if you would like us to, for example, the mud baths and river cruises at Dalyan.
